Return Policy

Note: E-commerce functionality is currently in development. This return policy will
take effect once our online store launches. For current orders, please contact us for return information.
1. Return Window
RZBALL offers a 30-day return window for most products. Returns must be initiated
within 30 days of the delivery date to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Important: The RAQBALL Court RB2.0 has special return conditions due to its size
and custom nature. Please see Section 8 for details.
2. Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
- Unused: Items must be in new, unused condition
- Original Packaging: Must be in original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Complete: All accessories, manuals, and components must be included
- No Damage: Items must not be damaged, worn, or altered
- Proof of Purchase: Original receipt or order confirmation required
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Personalized or custom-ordered items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products without original packaging or tags
- Gift cards or promotional items
4. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Fill out our Contact Form or email us with your order number and reason for return
- Receive Authorization: Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service team
- Package Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging
- Include RMA: Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package
- Ship: Ship the package to the return address provided (you are responsible for return shipping costs)
Do not return items without an RMA number. Unauthorized returns may be refused or delayed.
5. Refund Process
Inspection Period
Once we receive your return, we will inspect it within 3-5 business days. We will notify you by email
once the inspection is complete.
Refund Timeline
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original
payment method within 7-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take
an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items with obvious signs of use or wear
- Items missing original packaging or accessories
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
6. Exchanges
We accept exchanges for defective or damaged items, or if you received the wrong product. To request
an exchange, follow the return process outlined in Section 4 and specify that you'd like an exchange
rather than a refund.
Size/Color Exchanges (Apparel)
If you need a different size or color for apparel items, we recommend placing a new order for the
desired item and returning the original item for a refund. This ensures faster delivery of your
preferred product.
7. Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong
item shipped, defective product, etc.).
RZBALL Responsibility
We will cover return shipping costs if:
- We shipped the wrong item
- The product arrived defective or damaged
- The product does not match its description
Tip: We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance
for your return. RZBALL is not responsible for lost return shipments.
8. RAQBALL Court RB2.0 Returns
Due to the size, weight, and custom nature of the RAQBALL Court RB2.0, special return conditions apply:
- Return Window: 14 days (instead of 30 days)
- Restocking Fee: 15% restocking fee applies
- Freight Costs: Customer responsible for return freight costs (typically $300-$500)
- Condition: Must be unopened and in original packaging. Once opened, court systems are non-returnable unless defective
- Inspection Required: Contact us before initiating return for pre-approval
Defective Court Systems
If your court system arrives damaged or with missing components, contact us immediately. We will
arrange for replacement parts or, if necessary, a full replacement at no additional cost.
9. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damage or defect
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged in shipping)
- Description of the issue
We will work with you to resolve the issue through replacement, repair, or refund.
10. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again (processing can take 5-10 business days)
- Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to be officially posted)
- Contact your bank (there is often processing time before a refund is posted)
- If you've done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us
11. Restocking Fees
Restocking fees may apply in the following situations:
- RAQBALL Court RB2.0: 15% restocking fee
- Bulk Orders: 10% restocking fee for returns of 10+ items
- Opened Packaging: Up to 20% restocking fee if item cannot be resold as new
