Due to the size and weight of the portable court system, special freight shipping is required. Shipping costs will be calculated and provided as part of your custom quote. Delivery typically takes 7-14 business days depending on location.
We ship internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Customs, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Please contact us for an international shipping quote.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package through the carrier's website or through your RZBALL account dashboard (once e-commerce is fully launched).
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Some products may have shipping restrictions to certain locations. We do not ship to P.O. boxes for freight items such as the RAQBALL Court RB2.0.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery confirmation, please contact us immediately. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the delivery date.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has shipped. Address correction fees may apply if the carrier allows changes.
Some high-value shipments (typically over $500) may require a signature upon delivery. The RAQBALL Court RB2.0 always requires a signature for delivery confirmation.
RZBALL is not responsible for delays caused by severe weather, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
